The scale and architectural complexity of the project demanded engineering systems that fully comply with premium-class standards. At the initial stage, BAUMER conducted a comprehensive revision and optimization of the engineering design.For heating and cooling, the latest VRV systems from the Japanese brand Daikin were selected, while advanced ventilation units from the same brand were installed to ensure efficient air circulation. Together, these solutions provide a stable, oxygen-rich indoor environment for both students and academic staff.Another key area is the school atrium — a large open space where maintaining temperature stability is a challenge. To address this, BAUMER equipped Caucasus University and the school with an advanced underfloor heating system from the Danish brand Danfoss, ensuring optimal and evenly distributed temperature control.
