Baumer is announcing a vacancy for the position of the Head of Engineering systems designers 

Main Responsibilities

• Managing a team of engineering system designers, managing their daily tasks and time management

• Control of project performance quality and delivery deadlines

• Motivating the team and helping them achieve goals and overcome problems

• Showing the team how to use engineering resources in the most optimal way

• Planning and management of software projects, ensuring their execution and implementation

• Developing a strategic plan for technical improvement of software development

• Overseeing the strategic deployment of resources

• Performing specific tasks based on job specifics

Requirements:

• Higher education in construction/engineering or architecture;

• Experience of working in a similar position in a similar field (experience of working on international projects will be considered a priority)

• Knowledge of ArchiCad, AutoCad MEP and Revit programs

• Thorough knowledge of computer programs (Microsoft Project, MS Office.)

• Knowledge of Russian and English languages

Work Schedule: 10:00-19:00

Salary: 3500 GEL (+Bonus)
