Baumer company announces a vacancy for the position of Technical director.

Main Responsibilities 

• Initial study of the project and full evaluation of the technical side

• Drawing up a plan/schedule and monitoring the performance of project works

• Analysis of project documentation and pricing of projects.

• Monitoring the timely production of internal acceptance acts;

• Participation in the development of new directions;

• Monitoring of deadlines and technical performance of all directions;

• Control of planned project margins;

• Presenting critical comments and recommendations on the cost estimate, as well as determining the optimal (real) funds and deadlines required for project implementation;

• Detailed analysis of cost estimates – determining the adequacy of materials and craft prices in accordance with specific positions;

• Forecasting, early detection and prevention of risks of overspending, qualitative or technological violations;

• Advising customers on technical issues;

• Communicating with the client about the detected faults and finding a technical solution;

• Giving instructions to subordinate employees and evaluating/monitoring their activities

Requirements:

• Higher technical education; (In the engineering field)

• At least 3 years of work experience as the head of construction-engineering projects

• Experience in managing personnel work

Salary: 4000 GEL (+Bonus)
