The new headquarters of BasisBank BasisBank, located on Chanturia Street in central Tbilisi, is one of Baumer\u2019s key ongoing projects, within which the company has fully provided the design and installation of engineering systems (MEP).<\/p>

For Baumer, the engineering field is not merely about executing technical tasks\u2014it is a comprehensive approach aimed at creating a comfortable, safe, and energy-efficient environment within the building, both for employees and for customers.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The project was a significant professional challenge for Baumer and its design division\u2014the Layout team. Adapting an existing building to modern banking standards required highly precise planning and an integrated engineering vision, which the company successfully delivered based on its many years of experience.<\/p>

Using BIM modeling, all engineering systems were designed in a digital format with maximum precision, enabling efficient coordination between different networks and optimization of the overall project.<\/p>

To ensure the highest standards of the facility, solutions from globally leading brands were used: VRV systems from the Japanese premium brand Daikin<\/span><\/span> create an optimal indoor climate, while underfloor heating from Danfoss<\/span><\/span> ensures a warm and comfortable environment. The building is equipped with recovery (heat recovery) systems from Brofer<\/span><\/span>, providing a continuous supply of fresh air.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Particular attention was given to system integration and automation\u2014electrical systems, internet infrastructure, video surveillance, and fire safety were implemented using solutions from international brands (Schneider, Vimar, Faber) and fully integrated into the BMS (Building Management System) platform. This system enables centralized control of processes, early detection and prevention of malfunctions, thereby increasing the building\u2019s efficiency and safety level.<\/p>

The BasisBank headquarters project combines technical precision with a user-experience-oriented approach\u2014this synthesis represents another important example of the company\u2019s expertise, partnership-based approach, and commitment to quality.<\/p>
