Vacancy: Head of Electrical and Low-Current Systems Department

BAUMER is announcing a vacancy for the position of Head of the Electrical and Low-Current Systems Department.

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the preparation of design documentation for electrical and low-current systems, including delegation of tasks within the team.

• Conduct initial project studies and provide full technical assessments.

• Consult with clients on technical solutions and requirements.

• Develop technical specifications in line with international and local standards and customer needs.

• Prepare project schedules and supervise the implementation of design works.

• Contribute to the technical development of project solutions.

• Coordinate with mechanical, architectural, design, and construction specialists.

• Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings.

• Review design documentation and prepare project reports.

• Manage corrections and changes during the design process.

• Communicate effectively with local government authorities and ensure compliance with legislation.

• Provide regular feedback and guidance to team members.

• Deliver weekly reports to the immediate supervisor.

• Uphold and promote corporate culture.

• Knowledge of BMS will be considered an advantage.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Higher education in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in electrical and low-voltage systems design.

• Proven experience in team management and independent technical decision-making.

• Technical proficiency in English.

• Knowledge of AutoCAD MEP, Eplan, Ecodial, Rapsod, Dialux will be considered an advantage.

• Strong adaptability to changing environments.

• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
